"2021 was an unfortunate year for me and my fiancé. We suddenly lost our precious fur baby who was only 1 year and 5 months. It was devestating for us and our first time ever losing a pet. Pet Angel (and Dr. Heba) came over to our home the same day to help us part with him. They made us a little paw print, shaved some of his soft fur, and lovingly wrapped him in a blanket / basket. It was the hardest day of our lives and they helped ease some of the burden. We received our fur baby’s ashes nearly a week later. The gray urn was engraved with his beautiful name. They also sent a sympathy card that was very sweet of them. Whenever I had a question they were quick to respond to my emails. The service experience felt personalized and genuine."
