"I’m so hurt my fur baby passed away and I got him cremated they said they would give me an ink paw and nose print i was counting on that ink paw print I had so many plans for it😫. My husband picked him up today and no ink paw print and the nose print is smudged. I’m so hurt they said they couldn’t get his paw print since he was frozen they would have to break his wrist to get it and I truly believe it is an excuse for their mistake. So sad I’m so hurt my son is gone and if I would have known I would have got his print before I even took him there. Forever Mommy loves you Benji🐾"
