"If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I lost my dog 3 weeks ago. I was told 7-10 days was the wait. I never received a phone call or her ashes. I’ve been playing phone tag with them ever since. Every time being promised she was going to be delivered the next morning first thing. Horrible customer service! This has been the worse loss of my life and dealing with company has has made it so difficult. You should not treat people who grieving with such disrespect."
