"First 2 cremations/funerals staff was very professional and some what kind. This last experience Nov. 2023 was horrid. Different staff and the worst people you could find for this job. They are rude, do not care, take on a superior attitude, and do not tell the truth and one woman did not like my questions so she just hung up on me. Will never use this company again. And I will never advise anyone else to."
