Cremation Society of Charlotte

"Overall I was very happy with the process up until my father was to be cremated. After paying for the service I was told that I would receive a call once he’d been cremated. After waiting for about a week and a half I called the facility myself to inquire about how much longer it would take. The person over the phone let me know the process was done and that his remains would be shipped out that day. I then had to ask if I’d receive a tracking number and she told me yes, that I’d receive a call with the tracking number once it had been shipped. No such luck. I called around 10 AM and waited all day for no call. I ended up checking through Informed Delivery to see what packages were on their way to me and thankfully I was able to see it there. It had been shipped out around noon. I could understand if the package was taken later in the day but it was at noon!"
