"Laurie was amazing and heart felt when I contacted her about having our Guinea Pig cremated ! I sent her an email with questions and she got right back to me, first by email then a phone call! She provided great empathy and sympathy for our loss which is a Big Deal to me during a loss of a pet. She also kept me informed the day she was picking our Guinea Pig up and when she would be ready to bring her home & she Greeted my Daughter and I at the door and made us feel like we were family, and handed us Charlotte Mae and said,” Here’s your Charlotte to bring back home” , it’s those little things that mean the most!!!"
