"My mom and I went to this ER with a deserted kitten in very bad shape not passing any stool after coming out of fading kitten syndrome. On our 40 minute drive from Syracuse we were discussing possible outcomes and our main worry was being turned away due to her condition. What a complete shock it was to be greated with kind and passionate staff. We will recommend them a million times over to everyone we can. They stayed late and made sure Gracie was going to be okay. Dr.Ospina was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to talk to us and answer all of the questions we had. She was amazing and reassuring. "When we saw our 8 month old kitten falling down blinking constantly, it was 11pm at night. We were advised to call urgent care, it was 28 miles away, but we made the trip before she died. When we got there they took abby in immediately. They asked questions and figured out our kitty had been picking and cleaning the family dog that 3 days prior was treated with topical flea medication. She had injested it by lick. They were quick to treat abby and after 48 hours, abby started to get better. I am so grateful to the vets and people that got us in. Great place, great staff, loving people. I would recommend them 200 percent."

"I brought my cat in for urinary troubles, he was seen almost immediately. The vet examined him right away and gave me answers within 15 minutes of being there. They were very transparent with pricing and plans prior to doing anything. Affordable for an emergency vet! They provided me and my vet with a detailed report which I appreciated.
