"I wasn't impressed. I feel they were a little insensitive and money hungry. When we found my grandmother's body and were very emotional and upset, the employee who met us at her house said, "so you guys never checked on her?" Poor timing for a comment like that. We were already beating ourselves up. Then while we were getting the arrangements, Kyle the Chaplin came in and offered his services. We declined because of our grandmother's wishes. While we were looking at our receipt, we noticed a $1,500 charge for the Chaplin services. We informed J.D. we did not want his services and he said it is part of the package. That's what your lost loved one is to them. There was no way to remove it, so we paid $1,500 for a service we clearly stated we did not want. It's frustrating when you feel like you've been taken advantage of and degrated after losing a loved one."
