"Well,reason for having to use them,it's a 0,but no one wants to have to use them.. I unfortunately have had to use them 3 times for my furbabies...As far as PALS,they get a solid 5! Their whole staff is very professional and very caring!! The came by a picked up last pup after she went to the rainbow bridge,the guys were very caring and carefully took care of her. They had here ready the next day. They made it so much better. They even checked on me to see how I was doing afterwards... I appreciate everything they did for me and my family! Thank you PALS!"

"My own pal, Robby, crossed the rainbow bridge back in November of 2016. I never got the chance to thank PALS Pet Loss Services at the time. Back then, I received a couple cards from, I suppose, well-meaning family members. But they spelt Robby's name wrong, which was kind of upsetting. PALS went the extra length to make sure it was spelt correctly on Robby's certificate. Robby was such a good dog. I'm looking forward to seeing him again one day, sooner than I think."
