"Long review, but worth it. Love, love, love TCVS. My cat had history of kidney infections and this instance caused a bad blockage. I was given a few options, but ultimately, I ended up having to put my baby down. I could not have asked for better company on one of the worst days I have ever had. They were so kind and compassionate and allowed me to sit with my baby in one of the rooms until I had made the difficult decision. It was a very rough day and the staff was very understanding and caring throughout the whole process. A week later, I got a letter in the mail expressing their condolences that included a print of my fur baby’s paws and nose. It definitely helped with the grieving process."
