Throughout the whole experience, the two ladies who helped us were so kind and compassionate - from the cremation & keepsake decisions to the care of our girl. And I appreciate the private rooms they have set up so we were able to say our final goodbyes. Thank you all for treating not only our baby but my husband and I with such kindness & care - it means so much to us. When we need these services in the future, we will be bringing our other furbabies here."

I had a visiting vet service come to my house on Friday and I received a call on Monday from Danielle at Loving Hearts letting me know Ducky was ready to be returned. I was so thrilled with the turnaround time!!!! I was extremely touched to see the amazing care they take shipping and returning our loved one. The ink nose & paw print, and the claw paw print were way better than I was able to attempt on Friday."
