"We had an appointment scheduled with another funeral home to have our cat cremated, but when we arrived no one was there to help us. We called Life Tails and they were able to take her in immediately, saving us a lot of panic. The process was easy and a lot less expensive than we thought. Her caretakers were respectful and kind, they made us feel like they cared about her too. We also really appreciated the frequent updates about the cremation, urn, and name plate status. When it was time to pick her up, it was quick and we were given a tote bag to carry her urn in.
