"I can’t speak highly enough of every aspect of this business. We lost our cat recently, she was with us from two days old to the day she passed at 16. It was so hard but the employees here made at least this part of the process easier. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, compassionate, and caring. The woman there when we dropped her off personally went and set her up on one of the beds and let us have time with her before we left. The closure of being alone in that setting was so big. And the care put into how she was returned to us was incredible. The ink paw prints were beautiful and came with a certificate of her cremation. The clay paw print was equally gorgeous and came with a sympathy card all inside a satiny bag. The urn was beautiful, I was expecting a simple wooden box not a pretty little paw print urn that I was allowed to choose myself. She was put inside another satiny bag inside the urn and the urn itself put inside a velvety bag. Every single aspect of this process was easy and handled with care. Thank you for taking care of my Bella girl, she was the best and you treated her with so much care."

"My Pet passed away on Sunday 8/4 I spoke with a nice Lady named Kaitlyn. She stated she would call me on Monday with the final arrangements. Here it is Wednesday 8/7 I have called 3 times left messages no response or call back. My pet is sitting in animal control waiting to go to his final resting place."
