"Today we lost our 14 year old beloved Sami. We were absolutely devastated and at a complete loss as to how the cremation process was handled. Reached out to Final Gift and from the first interaction on the phone our minds were put at ease. I was able to drive directly to their location and was met at the front door by a gentlemen who welcomed us and treated Sami with the respect and dignity she deserved. I was able to return later today and retrieve our Sami in a beautiful urn. Final Gift made a very difficult time in our lives much less stressful. Thank You so much."

"I never knew this place existed until I needed it. I'm a school bus driver so had to get to the station early to start my bus. I found out the night before we had many call outs so ....calling out wasn't an option! I left for work on Feb 9, 2024 at 5am....at the end of my driveway there was our beloved cat Dutch....with his face almost tore off...he was still alive. I was losing my mind with grief and staying home wasn't an option. Within minutes Duch was gone and we had to figure out what to do! The ground is frozen so burying him on our property wasn't an option. So after my run was over I discovered cat creamation was a thing. The man I spoke to over the phone was very compassionate and apologetic and he got me an appt within a couple of hours. I followed my gps...the incinerator stacks let me know I was in the right place. Dropping him off was very hard.....a man came out and said we could bring him in when we were ready. He said "take as much time as you need" and I really appreciated that. I was so upset I didn't catch his name because I was overcome with grief. He went over all the options and said it would be about an hour. My husband and I went to get a coffee down the road and shared memories while we waited. When we got back they handed me a beautiful bag....I handed them a train wreck and they gave me the most beautiful memories of our boy Dutch! They did an excellent job with his paw print! 😭 I cannot thank them enough for all they did for us!!!! To who ever the man was THANK YOU!!!!"
