"We've always used Stonehouse for our emergencies. I really appreciate them accepting us as walk ins. Two weeks ago, we came to Stonehouse to put down our dying dog, Harley. My husband and I were both crying. The staff treated us with empathy and respect. I truly appreciated the private room, and not feeling rushed to say goodbye. I want to give a special shout out to Shannon for her kindness. She took care of us and Harley that day. And she has taken care of my dogs during past visits as well. I am so thankful we have this vet here in Topeka, and I will continue to come back."

"Our cat was showing significant signs of distress, and we needed immediate assistance. Of all of the vets/animal hospitals, Stone House was able to get us in. Turned out the cat was in sepsis and diabetic. We were planning for the worst, but hoping for the best. The next day, it was a complete turn-around for her. "I'm from Ohio and my 5 month old yorkie (Dude) needed rabies shot before I could get his hair cut, and this place took walk-in and friendly, polite and very cheap Aldo went back before my trip home 2 days ago and got him a motion sickness pill. Which worked great 16 hour drive we made finally home safe with no dog mess thank you so much staff .
