I felt like they GENUINELY cared about our loss and how we felt. We worked with Jacob who went above and beyond to make sure everything was beautiful and perfect. He was caring and personable. But honestly the entire staff was so nice! Not to mention that everyone was SHOCKED at how good my brother who passed looked…it’s the first time I thought that a deceased actually looked like themself. It doesnt take the pain away but they definitely made the situation easier to handle.
