"I am a truck driver who had an accident on the road. My dog who road with me died in the accident. I was broken and had no idea how i was going to take her home to Arkansas. I reached out to Jim here late at night around 10pm. Not only did they open up late for me to drop my baby girl off, they were able to get her cremated and ready for me to pick her up the next day. Jim then sat with me talking for a few hours helping me feel better. He has my eternal gratitude."

"My furbaby Charris passed away and the following day I contacted Jim and that same day he picked him up and within 24hrs in Jim’s care, my baby was returned. It was such an easy and quick process. Though Jim did initially forget my necklace that I had purchased. He made things right and returned to pick up the remaining ashes to then bring my baby’s ashes back and the necklace.
