"Tulip cremation customer service and web based process was simply amazing. I recently helped a family member with their desired cremation on their very small budget. I helped them handle the process from start to finish since they were not computer literate. I was so impressed with the kind staff and prompt and clear service they provided. I really had no idea how the process worked exactly, but between their regular proactive phone calls prompting me along the way, and the simple web based paperwork processing to sign and upload info...it was simple and reassuring. They were upfront on both the low flat fee and options available and there was absolutely no pushy salesperson or trickery. They were courteous and communicated with us on the decisions and options and then did everything required exactly when they said they would do it. If your needing a low cost quality service I would highly recommend considering Tulip."

"First off, I don’t know what I’m doing. We are lost completely after loosing my Dad and don’t know a thing about this process. My mom called for me to get a price and I went online and paid it. It’s been a month and still have not had services for my dad because no one offered them to us. We will do a celebration of life soon I hope. It would have been nice to have had someone completely walk us thru this and offer things! Also we were told we would get my Dads bracelet back but it was mistakenly cremated with him.. not ok. I also suggest offering Veteran Flags for vets when collecting loved ones. I paid $700 for just my dads cremation then had to pay extra for his death certificate that should have been included. I don’t recommend. We haven’t even written an obituary.. I need help with everything! 😞"
