"We used Neptune Society for my mother’s cremation. When the time came for them to get my mother they were absolutely so respectful with her body and so very patient with letting us have time to say our final goodbyes. We have decided to use them for both my husband and I. Elizabeth took her time when we were making arrangements for my mom and helping us purchase items like memorial card and items for the service. We never felt rushed or never felt like they were pushing for a sale. I just can’t say enough good things about Neptune Society."
