Tricia is a compassionate, experienced professional . I appreciated that she did not try to upsell anything and was very honest, and explained everything thoroughly. The office is always available to contact, great communication, which was appreciated.They also have a wide selection of urns. "Disgusting attitude and unprofessional services. Please chose someone ese to take care of your loved one. My mother passed and went weeks without any notice when I decided to reach out… was told mom had been cremated a while ago while I was never notified. They made an appointment for me to pick her remains, while 5 minutes away from the office, Trisha told me her remains were not there and to come another day. The date of our ‘next’ appointment, while I was explaining how unprofessional her services, Trisha’s assistant decided to give me attitude and scream at me when I was explaining how unprofessional their services were; this became a screaming match - while I am holding my mother’s ashes and grieving her loss. Disgusting attitude and unprofessional services. Oh and even though we gave them a copy of my mother’s ID, they got her birthday wrong in her death certificate, as the cherry on top."
