The team as well as Dr. Gersten were incredibly empathetic and understanding. Dr. Gersten is so compassionate and caring she gave me so much time with Shyloh before she passed in my home and she handled it with the utmost respect and care as we said our final goodbyes. The staff was incredibly patient as I made decisions on her private aquamation and keepsakes. It’s such a personal service. They really understand what you are going through.
