Natures Pet Loss

"We really appreciate how they do business, and have been consistently great over the years. Approximately seven years ago, we lost our beloved Jade, and then just a few weeks ago, we lost our Harley. We used them both times. Harley went so quickly and we spent as much time as we needed in their mourning room, with him on the decorated alter. It was a very safe place to mourn him. And then we proceeded to pick out his paw print ornaments, and box for his ashes. I really like that we know that we only get him back and there’s no cross-contamination with this method. They have a great bedside manner, very empathetic. I would have liked perhaps a little bit more option when it came to Harley’s box, but they still had a couple options for his size. I will continue to do business with them, and drive the hour away, to always do so."
