"My 96 year old mother died recently in hospice care in her apartment. She was Jewish, but not a religious person (I am adopted and follow my own beliefs), so she didn't want anything formal upon her death. We have no family locally either, I am the only one here, moving to Florida to care for her. Most of her friends are also gone so we had decided that she didn't want anything fancy. Hospice had recommended a simple cremation and since I live nearby this place, it was very easy. The whole process was done beautifully. I spoke with Ginny for most of my dealings and she was excellent. The two folks who came and picked up my mother the day she died were professional and respectful. Full disclosure, I was an assistant deputy medical examiner years ago so I knew that the job they have is not an easy one. They explained everything and were kind. Ginny explained about the death certificate, how long everything would take and no one ever pushed me to buy something that I didn't want. They completely understood that I wanted simple, and they didn't make me feel bad about it. Everyone is different in how they handle someone's end, and this company totally understands this. They do have many options should you want them or will help you with your own options. I highly recommend them, especially during such a hard time."
