"Luddy left my dad at the nursing home for over 12 hours. They have an answering service that was unempthatic and had zero compassion. I ended up calling Abby Crematory and they had someone there within the hour. Absolutely disgusted. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I'd give -0 stars if I could. At a time of need, they lacked in every aspect."

"I was absolutely appalled today when I was seated to pick up my beloved husband and the woman came into the room carrying my husband UNDER HER ARM like a package she'd just taken out of her mailbox on her way home from work. KNOWING my husband and my relatively young ages, KNOWING that his cause of death is still unknown and therefore it couldn't have been anything but sudden. AFTER making us wait at the locked outside door in the cold rain for at least five minutes, despite the fact that they KNEW we were coming. Her cold and casual "I'm sorry for your loss," tossed at us on our way out the door was just the icing on the rotten cake."
