"Very frustrating experience to receive information from them. You can’t directly call the facility, the number goes to their sister office in Ventura. They take your number and message down, and you never get a call back. Bad system, especially given the sensitive nature of their service. After 5 calls and 2 emails across multiple days, I’m still waiting to hear back."
