"After the frustration I’ve experienced I cannot recommend this place! Though the end product (my horses ashes in a pine box) were fine and arrived quickly, the customer service during a time so devastating for a sum of money this large is absolutely unacceptable. I was told day one I would receive a call back shortly with the total cost after weight was recorded - never did, just the massive bill. I was told I would be sent a tracking when the ashes were in route - not only did I not, they arrived in the middle of the day and required a signature which I had not been made aware of. I happened to be home but can’t imagine what would have happened if I wasn’t. The plaque I paid extra for was not included. I called and spoke to Ariana AGAIN. She assured me it would be shipped out that day. Nearly 2 weeks later I called, they had forgotten all about it. She assured me yet again it would go out today but I have zero faith at this point and feel the plaque cost should be reimbursed for all the time spent. Find another company."
