Eaton Family Funeral-Cremation

"Very distressing experiences with Eaton’s. The person who came to pick up my husband’s body drove up with rock music blaring, in the middle of the night. The person who called me a few days later to make arrangements didn’t even say ‘I’m sorry for your loss’ or anything indicating there had been a death- just went to the business of asking questions; asked 3 times if we were legally married. The third time I asked why he kept asking, he didn’t answer. When I went to sign the paperwork they had me down as the daughter, not wife. Instead of reprinting paperwork they just scratched it out with a pen. When I shared that the person who called me had been rude, the man became very angry, saying that wasn’t possible. The actual building is very run down and in disrepair (see photos). Everything about the experience was awful. Not at all what one would hope after losing a loved one."
