"I would give a zero. I called to make arrangements and he was so unprofessional and took 7 times to get my zip code correct. Only does standard mail for paperwork. I was concerned about timing and he assured me my brother was in a cold freezer at the coroners office and he would still be in a cold freezer at his office if he was transported sooner than he could do cremation. No compassion and felt like I was on candid camera. I chose to find a new company to handle my brother."
