Batesville Animal Control

"They couldnt take my puppies, i live out of town, but they gave me some numbers to call and places to look at and offered to help me find a home for them if they could. Very kind people who clearly care about the pets in their care"

"Communication is poor at best with the staff here. They hear customers but aren’t listening to what we said and then relay conversations to other workers having negative impact on helping animals. Difficult getting them on the phone. Took 3 weeks then they didn’t call back as promised."

"I called them twice since my dog got lost. Although he is not found yet, the person is very nice to answer my question. I hope my dog comes back, me and husband are still waiting for him."
