"In case you plan on getting a paw print, be sure to wash your pets paw off first. They apparently don't bother to. They responded with a dismissive attitude when questioned about the poor quality and fur sticking out of the clay. It's not exactly like I can go back in time to get a proper print. If I was supposed to wash the paw myself, would've been nice to know!!! The urn was also dented and I noticed it before leaving the parking lot. The woman at the front desk pretty much accused me of causing the damage when she stated she had to "check her photos" to make sure the damage was there before I left. I literally sat in my car for about a minute crying about the paw print before i checked the urn and went back inside. WOW! If you plan to honor the memory of your pet, DO NOT GO HERE!"
