Animal Clinic East

"9/10/2024They are now my regular vet service...and take pretty good care of my cat.when your a regular patron they are ok. Little more expensive but the care is first rate...we really need more emergency veterinary places in Walla Walla....2021.They would not answer the phone kept getting groomers when I needed medical help for my three year old kitty who was vomiting and could hold nothing down they finally answered only to tell me to go to Tricities they couldn't see her for a month...they were rude and would not even try to help me...she is better got some advice from Milton water tech...I think the veterinarians in Walla Walla suck...I called every one of them ..finally got the Rose street one to give me an appt for the 22 of this month..."

"I really appreciated the staff at Animal Clinic East. My dog very suddenly passed away. I called a number to take him to and was told to bring him here. Once I arrived they were opening the doors, and noticed how hysterical I was. They took me to a room and were so very compassionate through this hard time. I was having him cremated and determining the cause of death. The clinic had called me multiple times to let me know what was going on. They never minded if I called more than I should of just trying to get my baby back home. They have been beyond helpful and I am so grateful they were there."

"This clinic is staffed with kind and respectful secretaries and vet technicians. Certain veterinarians, however, are as incompetent as the day is long. If you are looking for professionalism and compassionate care for your pet, go elsewhere. Nothing positive to say about this place."
