"I didn’t catch the name of the guy who came to pick up my cat Yoshi but he was very compassionate and gave us the time we needed to process. He let me carry and place Yoshi in the van and I was surprised to see it set up like a hearse. Very sweet and comforting. The process was seamless from when the vet left our home to when he came to pick him up. I am so appreciative and happy Yoshi received such care and special treatment."
