"I took our conure, Kiwi, here to see Dr. Gonzales. Wonderful experience. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gonzales took her time with Kiwi despite his fear and she was incredible!! She was patient, answered all our questions, and Kiwi did great. Her assistant Sam was pretty awesome too during the whole exam. Overall excellent experience. Love veterinarians and their teams!"
"Took our bird into this vet hospital and the experience was pleasant and welcoming. The vet we spoke with was very knowledgeable and gave us some much needed information for taking care of our first bird. There was a minor issue with the billing but the lady at the front desk was respectful and understanding. Cherry helped clear all of it up in the matter of minutes! Will definitely be bringing our pets to this location going forward."
"I've taken my rats there in the past and was happy with their service. When I took over care for two guinea pigs, they were my first call for wellness checks. My old man had a mass and Dr. Gonzalez immediately recommended a removal; the way she recommended it really made me believe she cared for his well-being. I got a quote for surgery same-day and was scheduled in quickly after. The surgery went well and I got to speak with her after. They stayed late (after closing) as he was taking longer than anticipated to rouse from anesthesia and sent me home with recommendations to aid his recovery. This clinic works hard to remain privately owned. The staff has always been friendly and the building clean. I'm new to pig ownership and they weren't condescending when I asked questions and shared my uncertainties. My animals were handled with care and confidence, and the DVM explained things as she went. They also called the day after I took him home to ask how he was doing."
