"It has taken me a few weeks to process our loss and leave a review as I said I would do. I cannot express how easy Neal made an unexpected and devastating situation for us. He was willing to take all the time necessary for us in our planning, but was very astute and picked up that we wanted the planning process to be brief and concise.
