VCA Alexandria Animal Hospital

"VCA Alexandria has been our veterinarian since moving to Alexandria in 2021. They are very thorough and compassionate. We've had everything from vaccines to surgery on our dog Mclovin at VCA . Every experience has been positive. We recommended VCA Alexandria to my sister in law when she moved here and she's happy too. ( And she's really hard to please 🥺)"

"Moved here last year. Transferred 4 pets. These are the first vet we’ve ever used that make you schedule an appointment for a 30 second allergy shot. So rather than being able to walk in for his updates my boy has to scratch himself bloody for 5 days while waiting for an appointment. All in the name of trying to get more check up money. I’m driving 3.5 hours to his old vet in order to spare him the agony of days of scratching and will be transferring all 4 pets elsewhere. Sadly I live a block away from these guys but have had nothing but bad experience from yet another chain corporate money hungry vet"

"We took all 3 of our cats to VCA Alexandria this week. They received the best care! We saw Dr. Bidwell. He was so knowledgeable and you could tell deeply cares for the work he does and our pets. We’re so thankful we found VCA Alexandria. Everyone on the staff was professional and kind, and we did not have long wait times. Highly recommend VCA Alexandria!"
