Countryside Animal Clinic

"I absolutely love Dr Gowans, both of them! They have always taken amazing care of all of my animals and he was very caring when it came to having to put my dog down. We were guided through the whole process, never felt rushed, and were even led outside through a private door so we didn’t have to walk through a waiting room full of people. During normal visits as well, we have always understood everything that was being done and said, and had all questions answered. However, I have not had pleasant experiences with reception there, and neither has my sister. I understand they are a very busy clinic, but when I called needing some urgent help, she cut me off while I was trying to talk and was not kind. I understand if I cannot be seen (it was a last minute thing— totally my bad) but I did not deserve the way I was spoken to. My sister had a similar experience where she was rudely told that they don’t just see new pets, that there is a waiting time. Which is also fine, but again— the attitude. We both dealt with the same receptionist and both were upset after the call. I highly recommend the doctors but tread carefully when speaking with reception."

"This place is amazing!!! The staff were attentive, super sweet to my Jade kitty, and the pricing is fantastic! Very clean facility, too!"
