Pet Urgent Care

"This place is a freaking joke! We called them with an emergency told him we were on our way. They were open until midnight. They told us on the phone they were accepting patients until 1030. We got there at 10 and they closed early. We saw them in the back walking back-and-forth and they didn’t give a damn. We saw her constantly peeking through to see if we had left. Tell me how that is a company that cares about your pets??? They close early because they didn’t want to do their job that night. My dog had a severe seizure. They do not deserve your business. Drive to Salt Lake City instead."

"The staff and vet were friendly and got my dog in quick, but we got a completely wrong diagnosis. They said the diarrhea she was having was because of a virus. When we woke up the next day she was feeling even worse so I took her into a different place. It ended up being a neurological issue instead."

"My dog had an abrasion that was getting infected, and she suddenly started limping quite significantly. It was 8 PM, and I wasn't sure if she could wait until the next morning. I called Pet Urgent Care, and the gentleman on the phone was incredibly helpful. He kindly answered all my medical questions and provided a ballpark cost estimate. There's always a regular urgent care fee, but beyond that, there's a discussion between the vet and the pet owner before any additional treatment is given to avoid surprise bills. I took her in, and they saw her right away. The vet tech, who was the same gentleman I spoke to, was very gentle with my anxious dog, calming and kind. The vet came in with the same kind demeanor and diagnosed a staph infection, explaining that it would require medication and careful observation. After we agreed on the treatment plan, I signed a document confirming my agreement. They provided the necessary medications, and we were on our way. It was a great experience."
