Neptune Society

"Several months ago, my husband and I met with Andi from the Neptune Society in League City, TX. She came to our home and we had a wonderful visit with her as she explained what it meant for us to preplan our cremation services and she answered all our questions and also gave us accurate information regarding everything the specific plans covered. We decided to enroll in the Neptune Society plan and felt we had made the right decision for our future. Our children and grandchildren will not have to worry about anything regarding funeral arrangements or any expenses as this will all be handled by the Neptune Society. We have just moved to Fort Worth, TX and called Andi to find out what we needed to do. Again, she was so very kind and helpful and told us to get in touch with the Neptune Society Customer Service Department in Fort Worth who then made all of the necessary address changes over the phone in just a few minutes. Thank you so very much, Andi, for helping us choose the correct plans as well as changing our address to another Neptune Society location. May God richly bless you, Andi, as you continue to help others as you have helped us!"

"👍 What a wonderful easy process. I researched Neptune Society before my appointment. I found the different packages that was offered. I met with Andi Estep and she took all the guesswork out of it all. She was very compassionate and full of information about the services that we were looking for. She was helpful with all my questions and didn’t get upset the serval times I made her mess up. Was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything. She made my life sooo much more easier."
