"Robert and the staff at Affordable were great! They helped me through a time in my life that I'd hoped was far in the future. My Father passed away unexpectedly, he was hospitalized and a month later he was gone. He was living in Wisconsin and became ill, he asked my daughter and I to come get him and bring him to Texas to get medical care. He lived in a rural area and health care was about a 2 hour drive. So we went and got him, brought him down by us, got him to the VA in Temple, Texas. We brought him to the ER and he never left. I can't complain about the care he received, every one was wonderful. Unfortunately he passed away. It was all so fast I was in shock and wasn't sure how to go about any of it. I looked on Google for cremation and Affordable came up. I am so very glad I called them. They were very straightforward, told me exactly what I needed to do and helped me through it all. So all of you at Affordable Thank You So Very Much."

"All the people that I had dealt with over the phone and in person have been very kind and showed great empathy from this location. Joe hand delivered my mothers ashes to my home in a beautiful urn that I did not purchase. This was the first I had to handle any sort of deceased persons affair. Even though I was an extreme nutshell they were kind and understanding throughout the whole process. Hopefully I don’t need there service for a really long time however; I will definitely call them again should I need them. Good people and business do still exist. Thank you!"

"Left a msg with them. They called back while I was on the other side of the house. I answered and the guy was cussing about me not answering the phone. He didn't know I had answered, so I listened for a moment before saying hello. He then had a different attitude. Not very professional, will not be using their services. This is an industry that's supposed to be compassionate. As someone who also works in the loss of life industry, I'm severely disappointed in the presentation of their business."
