"My family recently lost our beloved Charlie. She was my sister's dog, adopted when we all still lived with our parents. A bottle baby recue with a heart of gold. Countryside was the first place we called after she passed away on Christmas eve. We chose them over the service in my sister's town because the reviews were all so positive, and they were so patient with me over the phone. This was something I have never delt with before and my little sister was too heartbroken to do it. They were so kind, compassionate and friendly. We didn't know what to expect when we pulled up but this is a beautiful little family buisness and they took such care in helping us navigate this process. My sister's home is so much emptier without Charlie but the whole family is just so grateful to have had the support of this beautiful buisness. We are looking forward to getting the family together so we can spread her ashes in her favorite spot in the yard.
