"I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bracken and his staff. Very professional. Clean facilities. They took our dog in at 5pm for an emergency. Fixed her up and even called to see if we wanted to come get her that night. We had never been there before and it was a smooth process. Both our dogs will only go here from now on."

"I have no idea what happened. I think this vet is great and his techs are wonderful, thoughtful , talented staff. The receptionist is a tad rude, but that's just my opinion. I just got dumped today! I am shocked because the Dr. and I just discussed a six month treatment plan for once a month for the next six months. I was told by the vet that he will lose his license if he prescribes meds elsewhere. We got that straightened out, though. I am still clueless as to what happened. I wanted my husband to pick up Rimadyl from the office today and we buy our flea and tick meds there, now I'm left high and dry. A friend from college is a vet in TX, so I can't go there. I'll leave the five star rating, but be wary of the receptionist and get everything in writing. He has taken great care of a dog we adopted at 9 1/2 years old. He is now 13 1/2. So that's good work."
