"This is a place none of us wish to visit because it means we have lost a loved one. However, the director and the whole staff make this process of life feel more dignified. They made the hardest moments of saying goodbye a little easier. They walked us through each step, even as simple as “when we open the door you will be able to see your brother” just being so polite and caring about our feelings.
