Horizon Pet Cremation

"The clay prints were very unprofessional looking and poorly formed. We received 2 because the first was not recognizable as a print and the second was not much better. The material just seemed like air dry clay that was carelessly cut into circles with our pet's name scribbled on the back. The "good" print had matted clumps of fur in it which was super upsetting for us (especially because they didn't cremate our pet until a week and a half after she died). We'll be using a different business for future cremations. Very upset about the lack of care."
