"Primrose absolutely disappointed our family. They came across stern with no smiles whatsoever. We were grieving and they had their arms crossed watching us. It was really quite uncomfortable. We had out loved one transported to another funeral home because we felt so uncomfortable there. We may be county folk, but we deserve the same respect as everyone else who comes though their doors. We were treated like trash. Primrose needs to be humbled a little bit and treat ALL PEOPLE WITH THE SAME CARE AND EMPATHY, NOT JUST THE RICH PEOPLE. Absolutely unprofessional and down right insulting. We got our loved one transferred out of there ASAP."
