"Horrible incompetent people. Brenda can't spell to save her life and as a result messed up the death certificate and plaque that was to go on the urn, and then had to audacity to say we must have misspelled his name (mind you we spent an hour correcting her to try and make sure everything was right when it was sent in) and then tried to make us pay for it AGAIN. Incredibly sloppy work, do not recommend."
