"Living in another state & suddenly finding myself faced with making pre-need cremation arrangements for my brother was a real challenge. Finding the Neptune Society of Cleveland was a true blessing. They sent me all documents to review, answered my many questions & explained every step in the process clearly. Their funeral director, Aimee Norman was very professional, always accessible & compassionate. Their pricing was competitive & they continuously kept me updated on each aspect of his cremation. Aimee's promptness, professionalism & willingness to go the extra mile made me feel comfortable & not quite so overwhelmed during a very challenging time in my life. I strongly recommend the Neptune Society of Cleveland for your cremation needs."
