Unfortunately this is the second time we’ve had to come this year but they know how to make such a difficult situation just a little bit better. I know my animals are in good hands when I drop them off here and I can not thank the amazing staff enough for their kind words and compassion."

They picked him up from my vet, took great care of him, and returned him home in a beautiful urn with paw prints, a lovely card, some fur clippings, and a little booklet to fill out.
