"Wendy at Shoedinger downtown was so helpful and supportive. I opted for a same-day and witnessed cremation as I couldn't stand the thought of my baby laying there waiting for upwards of 10 days. I am so happy they practice one pet at a time as their standard practice. My Zeusy passed on the OR table at the vet, and they picked him up a few hours later. We were able to spend some time with him at the facility before watching him on video enter the chamber. His ashes were ready about 5 hours later and I was sent home with a ceramic paw print and paper ink paw print along with a lock of his fur. I think I called them 3-4 times with questions to clarify exactly what my options were and what I wanted to do. It was too early and very sudden for my baby, so not having thought of what I wanted for this day, I felt in very good hands at Schoedinger. Thank you Wendy and team for making one of the hardest days of my life, a little easier."
