"They made me feel better about being a worry wort. I am used to big dogs and now I have a little min-pin cross so I was worried about everything but the put my mind at ease right away. Thank you very much guys. Your a great team"

"I am very disappointed with this place. I called this week as I had an older dog that had a tumor that ruptured during the night. I’ve been monitoring this through the whole winter, but on Monday night, it did finally burst, and I knew it was time to put her down… But I wasn’t in my hometown. I was visiting my son in Bottineau. And when I called and explained what was going on, the gal at the desk said she was sorry, but they couldn’t take any new clients at this time.… A client that would’ve been there for 15 minutes… So I told her I’d drive back to Minot and have it taken care of, which is what I had to do ."
