"Today was my first time visiting this Funeral Home (I led/assisted a family with a secular memorial service here) and must say that I found both the atmosphere and funeral director, John, extremely pleasant. If you are looking for a place to hold a memorial service or funeral, I highly recommend this establishment. It is family-owned. The set-up of the parking lot makes entering the building extremely accessible and when you walk in, you will find everything you need in a small, but inviting space. The staff is friendly and patient. Also, the fact that this establishment is just a few blocks off of route 481/from the Oswego River makes traveling to and from quite easy."

(John even found the perfect paper I wanted for the Programs.) Phone calls and emails always returned, and even had a chance to visit with Bill, a neighborhood friend from growing up.
